This includes both lost property at Heathrow Airport that has been lost either landside or airside.
Any lost property at Heathrow Airport that is found in either Terminal 1, 2, 3 or 4 is handed to the Excess Baggage Company.
If there are details of the property owner the Excess Baggage Company will get in contact to resolve the passengers reclaiming the lost property at Heathrow Airport.
Do note, that if your Heathrow Airport lost property is found you will be charged a storage fee by the Excess Baggage Company. |

Do note that the handling and delivery of your main hold luggage is the responsibility of the airline you are travelling with from when you have checked in your luggage, through to when you collect your luggage on the airports baggage claims hall.
