Terminal 1 - Facilities
Terminal 1 - Departures
  Bureaux de Change Two Bureaux de Change in retail shopping area, Travelex open 05:30 to 22:00, and ICE open 06:00 to 21:00.
  Cash Dispensers None on Departures level. Nearest are on the ground floor near the International Arrivals Meeting Point.
  Food and Drink Meals, light refreshments and bars are situated on the mezzanine level above the shopping area. There is a self service restaurant and a burger bar on the Departures level near the domestic gates.
  Information Desk None on Departures level. Nearest in the Arrivals area on the lower floor.
  Left Luggage Located on a mid floor between Arrivals and Departures. Access by stairs, lift/elevator or up-escalator. Open 06:00 - 23:00, all items £4 per day (or part day).
  Luggage Trolleys Free and plentiful, available on forecourt and occasionally in the Short Stay car parks.
  Pay Phones In various areas, some with fax facility.
  Postal Services Mail boxes in Departures area by the entry doors in the middle of the terminal. The nearest Post Office is in Terminal 2.
  Smoking Area At the extreme left end of the building near the WH Smith outlet.
  Shopping There is a limited range of outlets on the Departures level. For a wider selection at better prices go Airside to the duty free oulets. More >>
  Toilets With baby care, showers and disabled facilities near Domestic Departures gate. Additional toilets near International Departures security area.
 
   
 
Terminal 1 - Arrivals
  Bureau de Change There is a Travelex Bureaux de Change in the Baggage Reclaim area (open 05:30 to 22:00) and one in the Arrivals meeting area (open same times).
  Cash Dispensers Near the International Arrivals meeting point.
  Food and Drink Light refreshments only on the Arrivals level.
  Information Desk General airport enquiries desk located in the middle of the floor towards the back wall.
  Left Luggage Located on a mid floor between Arrivals and Departures. Access by stairs, lift/elevator or up-escalator. Open 06:00 - 23:00, all items £4 per day (or part day).
  Luggage Trolleys In Baggage Reclaim - plentiful and free.
  Pay Phones In Baggage Reclaim and throughout the terminal.
  Postal Services Mail box and stamp machine beside the Information desk in the main Arrivals area. Nearest Post Office is in Terminal 2.
  Smoking Area The area set aside for smokers is currently being refurbished.
  Toilets In Baggage Reclaim with disabled and baby change facilities. Also at Domestic Arrivals end of the building
   
 
   
 
Terminal 1 - Airside
  Bureaux de Change Two Bureaux de Change, Thomas Cook (open earliest to latest flight) and ICE (open 06:00 - 21:00).
  Food and Drink Selection of catering outlets includes table and self service restaurants, snacks, a seafood bar and two bars.
  Pay Phones In various areas. New table top payphones in the additional seating area past Café Select
  Postal Services There is a transparent mail bin as you clear passport control and enter the Airside lounge.
  Smoking Area In middle of lounge.
  Toilets Toilets with disabled and baby changing facilities are available at each end of the lounge.
   
 
   

Terminal 2 - Facilities
   
 
Terminal 2 - Departures
  Bureaux de Change Two Bureaux de Change in Departure area, Travelex open 05:45 - 21:00 and ICE open 06:00 to 21:00. Further ICE Bureau open 07:00 - 19:00. Also two Bureaux serving Arrivals area, ICE 06:00 - 23:00 and Travelex 06:30 - 22:30.
  Cash Dispensers Behind the stairs to the mezzanine floor. Most domestic and international cards accepted.
  Food and Drink Meals, light refreshments and a bar are located on the mezzanine level above the shopping area. There is a coffee bar on the main level.
  Information Desk Airport enquiries desk opposite stairs to mezzanine level.
  Left Luggage None in Arrivals / Departures. Nearest is downstairs in the check-in area at the left (Lufthansa) end. Costs £2.50 per item for up to 6 hours, £3.00 for 12 hours, £3.50 per 24 hour period. Open 06:00 - 22:30.
  Luggage Trolleys Free, available outside the terminal and occasionally in the car park.
  Pay Phones In various areas.
  Postal Services Post Office is below the mezzanine floor next to the toilets. Open 08:30-17:30 Mon-Sat, 09:00-13:00 on Sundays.
  Shopping There is a limited range of outlets available, however the extended seating area provides extra choice. Wider selection at better prices at the duty free outlets Airside. More >>
  Smoking Area Beside the Costa Coffee outlet.
  Toilets Located behind stairs to mezzanine floor. Baby care room beside Mens toilet.
   
 
   
 
Terminal 2 - Arrivals
  Bureau de Change Two Bureaux de Change in Arrivals area, Travelex open 06:30 to 22:45 and ICE open 07:00 to 23:00. There are another two exchange facilities at the Departures end of the floor.
  Buses Some bus services leave from the Arrivals forecourt, but most go from the bus station. Follow the signs. More >>

  Cash Dispensers Behind the stairs to the mezzanine floor, most domestic and international cards accepted.
  Food and Drink Meals, light refreshments and a bar are located on the mezzanine level above the shopping area plus a coffee bar on the main level.

  Bureaux de Change Two Bureaux de Change in the middle of the shopping row. Thomas Cook open 05:30 - 22:00, Travelex open 05:00 - 22:00.
  Cash Dispensers Three machines beside the Travelex Bureau de Change handle most international and domestic cards.
  Food and Drink There is a restaurant, a burger bar and a pub on the left hand side of the Departures floor, with a coffee shop towards the right hand end of the shopping row.
  Left Luggage None on Departures level, the nearest is in Arrivals.
  Pay Phones Located throughout the floor. Fax facility on some phones.
  Postal Services Mail boxes and stamp machines at the walkway to the short stay car park, beside the ramp to the Departure gates plus a mail box Airside.
  Shopping A varied selection of outlets. Wider choice at duty free prices available Airside after passport control. More >>
  Smoking Area Three smoking areas on this level. On left opposite Booksplus, in the middle opposite Travelex and a smaller area in corridor to Arrivals on right hand side of the building.
  Toilets At each end of the building, with disabled facilities in both plus a baby change room at the left hand end near the catering outlets.
   
 
   
 
Terminal 3 - Arrivals
  Bureau de Change Two Bureaux de Change in Baggage Reclaim. Thomas Cook open 05:15 - 22:00 and Travelex open 05:15 - 21:30.
  Buses Limited services available at bus station through Exit 2. Most buses also stop at the main coach station. Follow the signs. More >>
  Car Hire Major companies have desks on right of terminal towards Exit 1. More >>
  Cash Dispensers Two near the Booksplus news shop - Barclays and Midland provide facilities for most international and domestic cards.
  Food and Drink Meals, snacks and drinks available.

  Information Desk In middle of main Arrivals area near the Bureaux de Change.

Terminal 3 - Airside
  Bureaux de Change Two Bureaux de Change. Thomas Cook open 06:00 to 22:00 near Tie Rack, Travelex open 05:30 to 22:00 beside Swatch.
  Pay Phones Available throughout the lounge.
  Postal Services Mail bin immediately after passport control.
  Toilets Two, one on the left near Dixons. The other, with baby change facility, near Metro.
   
 
   

Terminal 4 - Facilities
   
 
Terminal 4 - Departures
  Bureaux de Change Three Bureaux de Change. Thomas Cook open 05:30 - 23:00 and Travelex open 05:30 - 22:00 in the middle of the building. There is an additional Travelex near the Post Office at the left of the building.
  Cash Dispensers Abbey Link ATM at the main Travelex Bureau de Change and a Barclays machines near the small Travelex beside Costa Coffee. They accept most international and domestic cards.
  Food and Drink A self service restaurant for meals and snacks and a bar are located on the mezzanine floor between Departures and Arrivals. There is a café bar at the left end of the terminal and a coffee cart towards the right.
  Information Desk The Departures information desk is Airside through security and passport control. There is also an info desk downstairs in Arrivals.
  Left Luggage None in the Departures area, nearest is downstairs on Arrivals level on left hand side. Cost £2.50 per item for up to 6 hours, £3.00 per item for 6-12 hours, £3.50 per 24 hours. Open 05:30 - 23:00.
  Luggage Trolleys Free, available on forecourt outside the terminal, and occasionally in the car park.
  Pay Phones Throughout the terminal, some with fax facilities.
  Postal Services Post boxes and coin operated stamp machines only. A mail box and stamp machine opposite check-in desk 38. There is a mail bin Airside just after you go through security.
  Shopping A small selection of outlets is available on the Departures level. A much wider choice at duty free prices available Airside after passport control.
  Toilets Three toilet areas. There is a baby change facility in the toilets between check-in desks 26/28, and disabled facilities near the Concorde/First Class check-in area.
   
 
   
 
Terminal 4 - Arrivals
  Bureau de Change Three Bureaux de Change - Thomas Cook, open 24 hours, and Travelex, open 24 hours are located in the middle of the floor. There is an additional Travelex towards the left luggage counter.
  Buses Depart from the Arrivals forecourt.

  Smoking Area Smoking is permitted in designated areas of lounges.
