Business and corporate passengers are able to relax in comfort before their flight by using the facilities in the Servisair Executive Lounge.
Do note that all passenger have access to this Lounge by paying a small fee.
Passengers who are using the BAA Heathrow Executive Lounge can enjoy complimentary snacks, soft and alcoholic drinks, a selection of magazines and newspapers, television, credit card telephone and fax facilities and toilet facilities.
All passengers using the Lounge must conform to a smart / casual dress code.
Children are permitted in the Lounge - children (2-11yrs) at the adult rate and infants (0-1yrs) are free of charge.
Do note that flight announcements are not made in the Lounge, although flight information is prominently displayed on screens. Passengers must ensure they leave enough time to reach their flight.
To locate the Servisair Executive Lounge, proceed through security control into the departures lounge. Turn right and then right again at "Whiskies of the World". Take the lift or stairs to the 2nd floor balcony and follow signs to lounge.

The only hotel within the Terminal 5 complex is the purpose built £180 million Sofitel London Heathrow Hotel. Link bridges connect the hotel to T5, taking guests directly into one of the hotel’s five beautiful atriums.

So not to become over crowded, it may be that guests of qualifying passengers are declined entry into the lounges. Otherwise, Gold and Silver Executive Club members are restricted to one guest each.
Gold and Silver Club Members are invited to bring a guest into the Lounges to join them, providing they are travelling on the same flight. Babies and children are allowed entry but are considered the as the ‘one guest’ allowed. However, in busy times it may be that all guests are declined entry. Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 Lounges are all fully accessible by the disabled traveller.

Terminal 5 Business Parking |

Business parking at the new Heathrow Airport terminal 5 is available with a courtesy coach, taking just minutes to arrive at the terminal. Prices start at £21.50 per day, however generous discounts are available when booking in advance.
Passengers may also choose to park in the Long Stay Car Park, desirable when travelling for longer periods of time. This car park is situated just 10 minutes away, with a courtesy coach running every 10 minutes to Terminal Five.
Alternatively, Heathrow Airport T5 also offers Valet Parking whereby it only takes passengers 2 – 5 minutes walk to the check-in area.
Do please note that it is not possible to book airport parking at Terminal 5 on the day of parking, it must be booked at least 1 day in advance, with a few exceptions whereby 48 hours notice is required. Should any business traveller be using the Supersaver parking products do note that booking must be made 30 days prior to travel. |

| How To Connect |
| |
- Once inside the terminal, turn on your wireless enabled device. Most laptops include Intel Centrino wireless functionality as standard. Other laptops may need a separate card that you can purchase from any major electronics shop. Dixons should be able to help should you need to purchase a card at the airport.
- Launch your browser and select the preferred wireless network from the icons on the screen when the service is automatically detected. The Cloud Networks can connect you through a growing range of service providers, i.e. O2, Skype for internet telephone calls, and Nintendo for online DS gaming.
- Enter your normal username and password when prompted to finalise connection.
- If you do not own an account with one of the Airport service providers, it is possible to sign up securely online, or in advance from their websites.

Both the fixed terminals and wireless internet access can be paid for in a variety of affordable payment options.
If your battery is flat, T-Mobile laptop stations located throughout London Heathrow Airport, provide power as well as a dedicated work environment and step-by-step log-on instructions.
